The FTUB currently has 6 regional trade union associations and Minsk City Association of Trade Unions, which have been created as structural units of the FTUB to coordinate actions of trade unions of enterprises, establishments and organizations by region relevance, and represent the interests of trade unions of the relevant region on the regional/local level:
